Shante was born and raised in Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. She is a certified Medical Assistant with an extensive history of providing in-home care for elderly patients and Pediatric Behavioral Health which further developed her passion for patient care.
Shante joined CFP in 2022 and excelled as Provider Rounder and now oversee the Transitional Care Team and Care Team Rounder’s, ensuring quality and continuity of care for patients.
Outside of work, Shante is a dedicated mother to three children—a son and two daughters. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking the kids fishing, playing at the park, and visiting the beach. She also returns to St. Croix once a year to reconnect with family and culture.
